Hi everyone,

Just trying to keep everyone updated to what’s going on in the Makerspace for November.

Open Hours, of course are happening every Thursday 6pm-9pm and Saturday 11am-2pm. Everyone and anyone is welcome to come to the Makerspace at these times and make what they like.

This Thursday (Nov. 13th) new member, Missy, will be showing us all how to decorate gift bags for the upcoming gift fiving season. It’s fairly informal so stop in if you are curious.  

Py-CU, the beginner friendly Python programming group meets Sunday Nov. 16th. come in for some programming fun.

Repair Cafe is Thursday the 20th.  This is the perfect time to have something fixed, or to volunteer to hep people fix there broken things. Remember; don’t throw it out. FIX IT! 

We have two Special Events coming up at the beginning of December:

Learn The Laser: The Makerspace has a laser, but not many people use it . That’s a shame because it’s a powerful tool with lots to offer creatively. I’ll be teaching how to use the laser and we can create and customize some simple designs in an evening. If you have a laptop, bring it. Wednesday December 3rd. Seating limited so sign up here:

Stained Glass Snowmen with Kari: Kari is back with another stained glass class. Learn to Cut, Shape, and Join glass together to make winter themed snowmen. Take home your snowman by the end! Sunday December 7th. Seating is limited so sign up here:
